Refund and Return Policy
All orders are eligible for a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition (sealed)

Returns based on price changes of individual items are not accepted

Returned items will be inspected by our product team. Once the inspection is completed and the product is approved, the refund will be processed.

Returns that are not due to damage before delivery will incur restocking, transaction, and administrative fees to cover the costs associated with the return.

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not liable for items that are not received.
